Chickpea Salad with cod by Silvia Men

MOLLY

Ingredients
500 gr unsalted cod shredded * (s)
500 g of chick-peas cooked (s)
1 unit (s) onion (s) very small pieces
as needed to smell green (I put a lot)
2 unit (s) of cooked carrot (s)
250 grams of chopped green olives (s)
1 / 2 unit (s) red bell pepper, yellow and green in thin strips
3 tablespoon (s) (soup) mayonnaise
olive oil as needed

Preparation

Let the chick-peas to soak overnight. The next day take it to cook with a little salt and the seasoning cube of cod, experiment until you feel that the grain is cooked through and soft. Do not let break, drain the chick peas and place in a bowl and then add all ingredients and season with a pinch of salt, enough oil and mayonnaise. Refrigerate until ready to serve on a platter and serve on lettuce leaves.

Personal touches and confession
In this recipe, you can substitute cod or tuna for smoked chicken pieces.
Prefer chilies sliced super thin

The beans without skin.
This is the only recipe I like cod.
