Baits Liver Veal in Vinha'Alhos

Not exactly the most popular dishes here at home, but I love !!!!!
500 g of calf liver
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch of parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon paprika
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon vinegar
Cut the beef liver into pieces and season them with garlic, bay leaf, paprika, salt, pepper, vinegar and wine.
Lightly brown the onion slices in olive oil, pour the liver steaks and fry, add sauce marinade, simmer a little, remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve a.
